Barry Chudnow

I established Just Beef Inc. in 2003 as the President, with my wife as Chairman and owner for the Minority-owned business.

Prior to Just Beef Inc, I worked at Wexler Meat Company, from 1976 to 2003

I ended my career at Wexler Meat Company as a Partner with the title of Executive Vice President.

During my tenure at Wexler Meat Company, I personally increased sales from two hundred thousand pounds a week to three and a half million pounds. I helped the company develop a multi-tiered pay scale for the production and operations staff. I also worked with the four unions so the business could establish better working conditions and pay scale for the workers.

Prior to that, I was with Silverman & Wexler Meat Company.

This is where I learned the meat business from the bottom up.

I graduated with a two-year Associate of Arts degree (AA) from Oakton College.

When I wasn’t keeping busy with actual work you could find me rebuilding cars, playing sports and starting a family with my high school sweetheart.
