Delivering Solutions For People in Need

Feature Box Image
Individuals
The Founders of HMAEF want to help the teachers do what they do best to help the individual students become future scholars. This can only be done with the full support of the community which includes parents, past alumni, and non-profit organizations lending a hand.

Companies
There are many companies that can make generous donations of goods and services to a public school directly or through HMAEF. Many corporations will double or triple an employee’s donation to HMAEF that would help make Horace Mann Academy a stellar school to attend.

Organizations
The are so many Chicago-based and nationwide organizations that can help HMAEF reach its yearly goals for the students. We are constantly reaching out to them with much success to ask for help in stretching our dollars to buy the basic needs for students.

The Social Sector
We want parents to be totally engaged in sending their children to school not only to learn and be fed, but to develop the traits needed to handle our complex world.

Next Generation
As HMAEF helps the future scholars learn and get excited about the world that is outside of the Chicago South Shore, they will hopefully get their younger siblings excited about going to school.

Foundations
That is what HMAEF is all about. We former students of HMAEF want to give the students a chance to be phenomenally successful. We have raised money and accomplished many good things in just a brief period of time. With the support of the wonderful and caring teachers and especially Principal Purkett, we have made great progress.
